Last week MarketingProfs posted a great short piece on Content Marketing Lessons from The Daily Show. The takeaways are pretty simple — voice, consistency and quality — but it’s a good reminder that you can look beyond others in your field for examples to emulate. If you consistently watch a show or visit a website or patronize a business, think about what intrigued you in the first place, what you like about the experience and what keeps you coming back. Is it quality? Service? Humor? Personal connection? Oftentimes, you can find lessons in everyday experiences.
